Privacy Policy

threquity is built on a simple privacy principle: your photos never leave your device. All image analysis happens on your phone. We never transmit your photos — only anonymized, encrypted garment identification data generated entirely on your device.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address. This is used solely for authentication.

Scan data: When you scan a garment, anonymized identification data is transmitted securely to our pricing infrastructure. This data is never linked to your account or identity.

Subscription information: If you subscribe to threquity Pro, purchase receipts are processed by RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status but do not receive your payment details.

Usage data: We may collect anonymized app usage data (e.g., number of scans) to understand how the app is used and improve it. This data is not tied to your identity.

Photos: All image processing — color detection, pattern recognition, and tag reading — happens on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party server.

Location: We do not collect or request your location.

Your email address is used only to authenticate your account and send transactional emails (e.g., password reset). We do not send marketing emails.

threquity uses the following third-party services solely to operate the app. In each case, only the minimum data necessary for that service's specific function is shared. We do not sell your data.

Supabase — Authentication and data storage. Your email address is stored in Supabase. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy

RevenueCat — Subscription purchases and receipt validation. Privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy

Third-party AI services — In limited circumstances, anonymized and encrypted garment identification data — confirmed by our proprietary system before transmission — may be processed by a third-party AI service to assist with identification. No images are ever transmitted. This data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to any user or device.

Apple— The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's privacy policy applies to those interactions.

Account data is retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, email us at support@threquity.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

threquity is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
