Terms of Service

By downloading or using threquity, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

threquity provides resale market pricing information based on publicly available sold listing data. The app photographs garments using your device camera to help you make faster decisions at thrift stores and resale shops.

All pricing estimates, sold comp counts, market signals, median sold prices, and sell-through rates provided by threquity are for informational purposes only. This information does not constitute financial, investment, or business advice.

Resale market prices fluctuate and past sold prices do not guarantee future sale prices. threquity makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data. You are solely responsible for any purchasing or selling decisions you make.

threquity offers Pro subscriptions that unlock full access to market pricing and scan features. Subscriptions are processed through Apple and governed by Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew by the term you select unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → threquity.

We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or bulk requests to access the service at scale
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including denial-of-service or resource-exhaustion attempts

threquity is provided on an as-available basis. We reserve the right to slow, throttle, limit, or reduce access to any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including maintenance, capacity, security, or operational needs.

We do not publish fixed usage quotas or scan limits. Normal reseller use is expected to work without interruption. If we detect patterns that suggest abuse — including but not limited to automated scraping, bot spam, distributed denial-of-service activity, or attempts to exhaust our infrastructure or third-party resources — we may temporarily restrict or suspend your access for as long as we deem necessary to protect the service and other users.

These measures are applied at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any inconvenience, lost data, or business impact resulting from service throttling, suspension, or unavailability.

threquity and its content, features, and functionality are owned by threquity and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PRICING DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREQUITY AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES FROM PURCHASING OR SELLING DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON PRICING DATA.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
